As President and CEO of Villavaso & Associates, Stephen D. Villavaso, FAICP, J.D., is responsible for all technical and legal aspects of each project, as well as the day-to-day management of the firm. Mr. Villavaso is nationally recognized for bringing exemplary skills to a highly specialized field. Mr. Villavaso holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University's School of Law (New Orleans, Louisiana) and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans. Mr. Villavaso has supplemented that education with extensive experience to create a firm that serves local, national and international clients. Dual specialties in law and urban planning allow Mr. Villavaso to bring expertise and to provide valuable client services in the highly specialized fields of Land Use Law and Growth Planning.
