Lambert Advisory LLC, founded in 1995, is a development and housing advisory firm with broad national and international experience. The firm has been providing advisory services to the City of New Orleans since 2002 when the firm evaluated and negotiated the City’s investment in the St. Thomas HOPE VI project. Subsequent to the firm’s work on St. Thomas, the firm evaluated and negotiated the use of $39 million in City funds to help redevelop Housing Authority of New Orleans properties. Other recent municipal clients include the City of New York, City of Norfolk, City of Jacksonville, City of Tampa, among others. Recent private, foundation and not-for-profit clients include the Queen Emma Foundation, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, Samsung, and Kimco. Lambert Advisory was heavily involved in the revitalization efforts in South Miami-Dade County after Hurricane Andrew.
